Christopher at 10 Months

This may have been one of my favorite shoots with Christopher. He sprouted six teeth that month and he looks so different to me in these. I think he looks less like a baby which makes me simultaneously curious about how he will continue to change and terribly sad that he's not an infant anymore. Also, this kid and his faces crack me up!

I love this shot of him looking through the baby gate at the top of the stairs. So pensive.

Christopher at Nine Months

Around nine months old, Christopher turned into such a ham! I think this is when he started really figuring out that he could be funny and make mom and dad laugh. I can't get enough of that gummy smile! You will also notice that his farmers' tan was very pronounced- we spent almost every day at the pool all summer.

This is the point where daddy came home-- 

"And then we went to the pool and I swam *this* far!"
